Barbatoja

Services included in the stay

The following services are included in the cost of the stay: final cleaning, energy consumption, 1 reserved outdoor parking space for each accommodation, and 2 parking spaces for the Montecristo Four-room and the Ground Floor Giglio Three-room Apartments.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of 200,00 Euros is required upon key delivery and is mandatory. It is refunded upon check-out, scheduled between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m., following an inspection of the apartment and its amenities. If checking out before 8:00 a.m., the security deposit is refunded via bank transfer.

Cancellations
Credit Cards

Visa and Mastercard are accepted for payment of the stay and all services. Credit cards are not accepted for the security deposit.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please inform the receptionist of your expected arrival time to coordinate any early check-ins (not guaranteed). Check-out is between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of early departure (by agreement with the staff), keys can be left inside, and the security deposit will be refunded via bank transfer after rechecking the accommodation and its amenities.

Pets

One pet is allowed per accommodation (subject to any agreement with management) with a supplement of 50,00 Euros for the entire stay. Pets must have their own bed, not be allowed on beds and sofas, and not disturb the neighborhood.

Linen Rental

Bed and bath linen is provided by a specialized company at a cost of 20,00 Euros per person per week (for stays of more than one week, linen change is mandatory). The service must be requested and confirmed with payment at the time of booking. Each kit includes sheets (single or double) with pillowcase, a face towel, a bidet towel, and a bath towel.

Cot or Crib 0-2 Years

A camping cot is provided free of charge (subject to availability) and must be requested at the time of booking.

Equipment and other services

Beach service at Bagni Barbatoja is offered with a 10% discount for all subscriptions of at least 5 days. Additionally, upon check-in, guests receive the Barbatoja Card, which guarantees a 10% discount for lunches and dinners at the Barbatoja Bistrot Restaurant. The discount is only guaranteed if the card is handed to the waiter before the fiscal receipt is been issued. Near the beach, there are self-service and bazaar shops with newspapers and tobacco. It is also possible to rent pedal boats, canoes, tennis and soccer fields. Mountain bike rental, in agreement with the Barbatoja Card, is available in Marina di Campo. In Seccheto (1.5 km), there are two minimarkets, a bakery, and a pharmacy. In Marina di Campo (9 km), there is the Conad supermarket and the first aid point with medical service. Daily Cleaning Service The daily or midweek cleaning service can be requested at check-in and is offered (subject to staff availability) at an hourly cost of 22,00 Euros.

CANCELLATIONS

Redemption Rules 2024

For cancellations communicated within 30 days of the start of the stay there is a refund of 100% of the down payment minus administrative costs of €60.00 for one-room and two-room apartments, and €100.00 for three-room and four-room apartments, which can be converted into a voucher that can be spent on a stay within the following year.

 

Cancellations communicated 14 to 7 days before the start of the stay will be reimbursed 25%. In the event of a re-assignment of the stay, the fee paid by the new guests (see last minute offer), minus the handling fee, will be reimbursed.
